Quicktrees.com, a division of Hollow Creek Tree Farm, takes the utmost care in protecting the privacy of
merchant clients and online shoppers. We do not sell or rent any personal information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is FREE for all items on this site.
All items are shipped UPS Ground.
Trees:
Unless otherwise stated or requested, we ship trees the first Monday or Tuesday after payment is finalized. We can, at your request, hold the trees until you are ready.
Warranty:
After plants leave our nursery, growing & cultural conditions are no longer in our control. Therefore, the only guarantee we offer is that the trees will be healthy and vigorous upon arrival. If there is a problem at that time, we will do what it takes to make you happy.
Some vendors might offer a guarantee but often double the price to cover it and some make you jump through hoops to claim it - sending back the old plant, receipt, paying shipping charges, etc. Our goal is to offer a quality plant at a fair price.
